Change of Sponsor's Address

Hey everyone!

I have applied to sponsor hubby out-land and at the time both of us were living outside.. I am now in the process of moving to Canada before him and would like to know,

who do I let know that I, the sponsor, has a change of address (will have in a couple months). Is it my VO or CIC as I think it should help prove our intentions to move.

Advise the VO, provided your husband's file has been transferred to them.

Contact CPC-M through the links at http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/sponsor/spouse-apply-after.asp and provide them the information. Once you get a file number you can also update it online. If the applicant moves, you'll need to inform the VO.

Then you can try to do it online (logging in as the sponsor with your UCI and file number). I would also let the VO know since it proves 'intent to move.'
