Hello,
I intend to move to a new country to become new resident on self employment basis. This move is expected to happen a couple of days after my eAPR is submitted.
I understand I do not need to provide police certificate for the new country I am moving to, since I did not accumulate 6 months of stay in that country anytime before my eAPR submission.
However from the eAPR submission date and onward, is there any chance that I am requested by Immigration Canada to provide further a police certificate for the new country I will move to and this due to my status which will have become legal resident of that country?
In the event my eAPR is approved, I understand as per procedure typical duration, that most likely 6 months of stay in the new country would not have revolved yet. Yet, I would like to know what I am to expect with regard to police certificate procedure applicable to the new country?
Thanks in advance
