CHANGE OF PROGRAM IN DIFFERENT INSTITUTION

PLEASE I AM INTERNATIONAL STUDENT FROM GHANA. I HAD ADMISSION TO STUDY M.A.Sc Environmental Systems Engineering and Management at Memorial University.

I arrived late and started the program,but now I have very low interest in the program. I was advised to drop the courses and start in winter, but I will like to change the program but my prefer program is not offered there.

The worst issue is that my study permits expires in July next year.

I want to find out if my new school can renew it for me before it expires and if immigration canada will renew it for me.

I am confused and I need advised.

I would suggest first of all secure your admission and you can drop the current course once u start new course and apply for extension in next April. U won't need to inform CIC according the new rules as long as u enroll full time student in any institute for post graduate course.

Right now i have searched for schools but all admissions is closed for the winter. Please can i wait to apply for the spring or the fall.

Now, i am in canada here but my problem is still about my study permit expiring in july.

The program too because i couldn't deffer, I must register the courses in winter.

Right now, i have the province to different province to work on renewal of my passport.

Now, the university said if i don't have interest in the program, i can withdraw and apply different school with my preferred program.

I need advice.
