Change of NOC, even when you are in Express Entry Pool

It's been 4 months i am in Express Entry Pool. More, specifically i went under pool in the month of Feb'2016. But i got appraisal in March and my job responsibilities are changed now( They put me in a new Project).

Can i change the NOC now.
