Change of name

Hi guys,
I know somebody had asked about this already but I can't seem to find it so I'm just gonna ask this again;
I haven't changed my last name to my husband's yet cause we wanted to send the applications right away. But I want to change it now,so does anybody know where to send the case enquiry;is it to CIC or to the VO?
And to add to that, does anyone know if the VO will be needing my passport some time during the processing?
I didn't send my Canadian passport when I applied,just the Canadian Citizenship certificate. I just want to know if they need it cause Im thinking of not getting a new passport just yet.

You can send the name change documents on to your vo when you find out where that is.

The sponsor's passport is not needed. Email the VO about your name change.
