CHANGE OF MY HOME ADDRESS....from where i can contact >?>?

Dear ALL
i have applied for SKILL WORKER IMMIGRATION and sent my all documents in February 2011. waiting for their reply...! Now as per their instructions..we should inform them change of home address .
i am residing in Islamabad,Pakistan . Plz help me from where i can get the details to inform them about change of address . cic.gc.ca saying that go for local office ( Islamabad) but there it didnt get any information
plz helppppppppppppppppp me !! :'( :'(
