I am from India & Got Canadian study VISA for MAY intake. But due to my personal reasons i missed it. Although i have September intake approved admission with valid offer letter & fee payments. Now my problem is, can i travel for September intake ..?? Should i notify embassy ..?? & if yes; than how can i notify ..??
