I want to change school and purse my dream course in another DLI. I studied in winter, spring and summer with a total of 24 units. Please do I need a new study and work permit? My study and work permit is still valid.

If you have studied that long at the DLI on your study permit then just change DLIs with IRCC. Google - change DLI study permit
