Timeline:
I used my old rental address as home address when i applied. However I moved to a new rental in June 2014 but didn't notify CIC since the mailing address is at my relative's house and that is not gonna change at all.
Now I have a few questions:
1. ECAS starts to show a new item (home address). does it mean they recently start handling my case again? (my ECAS didn't have home address shown before, it only has mailing address and my application status "application received".)
2. should i update the home address online? (even after 8 months of moving)
3. will the update of address have impact on the processing time of my case (especially i have been requested additional documents regarding job duties concerns?)
