Hi, I’m a live in caregiver caring for elderly not disabled for 4 months since i just came here last june 21 2017, but i have found a a possible employer which i will be working as a live in caregiver caring for their children. Is this a good decision to change employer? Will this affect my future application in applying for PR? And when i will apply for PR do u belong to the bew pathway or not?

If you're applying via EE it is fine if you change employer as long as the NOC remains 0,A,B.
