Change of employer after submitting PR application

So if I submit my PR application and then I change job, do I need to inform CIC? Do I need to give new employer reference letters and stuff? I have got nomination from Ontario, not for job offer.

No need to inform OINP too as long as you satisfied their employment criterion for the application, as you application is a snapshot of the time when you applied.
In case they ask you any updated info about your employment, probably then you can inform them about the changes.
