Change of DLI - before landing or after landing?

Hi,

My ppr was received today however just few weeks ago I've learned from one of the forumates that my school is not allowed to sponsor PGWP after studies and aside from that my class started last mon. My questions are:
1. Is it better to change DLI before arrival in Canada? Or
2. Request for new loa for May intake from the first school just for entry purposes and then transfer to another once I arrived there?
3. If I submit a change in DLI, how long normally the CIC reply about confirming it is fine and that they'll update my record?

Thank you so much. Would really appreciate inputs from anyone who has the same experience.

I would pick up a second option. I will also arrange a LOA from the second school in advance.
