change of Credit card after application was submitted in cio

Good day every one,

Last few month a go i submitted my application for federal skilled worker class for permanent residency in of cio sydney and i filled up the fee payment form with my visa credit card. but after 2 month my visa card has change by bank. so now i have new visa card and again i wrote a letter to immigration of canada about chanage my visa card and filled up another fee payment form and sent to cio sydney.

now i don't know it will be accept or not. may be immigration of canada will return my application. any one advice me please what should i do about this matter.
