Change of course.. **URGENT **

Hello, I am in need of a urgent advise. I paid my fee for Pg diploma in global business management in Centennial for the 1st year out of the 2 years. I applied for a bank loan for the rest. I have problem in my loan approval and i cannot get it before a month. I cannot show my finances while filing visa. Can i change my course to 1 yr IBM so that i have already covered my expenses and file the visa. Later when i reach Canada and my loan is approved can i change it to a 2 yr Diploma ? are there good chances for visa extension in this case. Please advise me soon.
