I am wondering if someone is there in the same boat as mine where the company changed its name after I got my LMO from them. Does it effects the conditions of the permit as the Name of the company mentioned on the work permit is OLD NAME and now the company made a little change in its name, everything else remains the same.
Please advise if I need to re-apply for a new LMO or Work permit; or I can just keep on working with the old permit as the company is same as well as my position in the company.
Any suggestions will be much appreciated and thanks for reading this post.
