Change of business under PNP program!

I've applied for the PNP program to open a spa which has been approved, i am currently working on issuing my 'temporary work permit', and soon me and my family will be moving to Vancouver..

My question is:

What would happen if I changed my mind and decided to open a different business with the same amount of money I've committed to invest? Is this going to affect the process of obtaining a 'permanent work permit' and consequently the 'citizenship'???

If someone has a similar experience, plz let me know..

If you are applying through BC PNP business class and they have approved your business plan, you should seek their approval before you change your plan in any way.
