Change of address?

I obtained permanent residency last summer via spousal sponsorship, and I have a 2 year condition on it. We recently bought a home and just moved. Am I supposed to contact someone to report the new address for my PR records? If so, to whom/website?

not that i'm aware of, though i've been wondering this myself since moving last year. my conditional pr ended at the end of august, and so far i haven't received any notice they are trying to locate me. from what i understand, it's not necessary. how they find people when they need to... i have no idea!
