Change of Address submitted via Case Specific Enquiry

Hi all, I submitted a CSE to CIC over 30 days ago. To support my address change I attached a copy of my lease agreement. I also stated my old address as indicated in my PR application. As I have not heard from CIC should I just take it for granted that for an address change they just update their system and don't inform the applicant who submitted the CSE?

I did the same and my address was changed after few days but i never received a confirmation email.
But i saw the change in the application status tool.

Thank you for your response. Where abouts in the 'Application Status Tool' do you see this? Is it a field that just says 'Address Changed'?

my home address changed so this is how i knew, it doesnt say address changed but you will see the new address .

I sent a CSE to change address, got an automatic email saying that thanks for sending my inquiries.

I wish they could send us a confirmation that the address has been changed or something.

Does anyone have idea how am I supposed to check if my address has been changed? I sent CSE and it mentioned 5 days but I dunno how to check if it has been updated cause I have no access on ECAS.
