Change of address response regarding.

I submitted a webform for my address change. I sent it on May 9th. I still haven't received any word from them.

My application might get approved in next 1-2 months. So, what's going to happen if they don't respond by then.

I don't mind them sending it to my old address. I have friends there who can forward me the mail. Please advise regarding this. Is there any way to contact them?
