Good Day ladies and Gentlemen

We are moving to another address so When we tried to change the address online.

My wife request was processed normall but I keep on getting the below message !

I also used to get the same message whenever I tried to check my Citizenship processing using E-CAS system!!! My application is paper based so you would assume i could use the E-CAS system! Anyways I didnt care at the time because I‘m using the tracker but Know I’m getting the same message when i’m trying to change the address!

I would appreciate any feedback as I will be moving next week and tried a billion time to reach IRCC Via phone but it is impossible !!

When did you apply? More importantly when did you receive your AOR? This is 'crucial' if any changes to your application are to be processed.
 
I applied in May 2021 recieved AOR in Sept 2021
 
Have you tried an update using IRCC Webform? This is what I understand people use to make changes to their profile (after receiving their AOR) which includes yourself in this case.

Actually I used this link which is specific to change of address where you could simply put in the changes yourself

for some reason it is not working for me but i guess my only option is to use the web inquiry form!?

I wonder if this is also related to the fact that my E-CAS tracking is not working

Anybody could provide a clue who have had a similar situation where the E-CAS tracker and (change address ) link are not working?
 
Same not working am trying to login since morning still not working
Yeah it is really bothersome. Also if E-CAS tracker does not work for you then you would also not be able to change address if needed!

Their site (https://services3.cic.gc.ca/ecas/authenticate.do ) is down (in a problem) still i guess, I changed my address on Apr 6th. next 2days had no update yet and this morning the site shown exactly what you mentioned earlier. I also sent IRCC Webform to change address. Meanwhile I paid service on Canada post to forward any email from old address to new address (I moved to different province).
Keep me posted if you get any update.
