Change of address-how long does it take?

Hi,

My wife is Canadian Citizen and I live in India. Recently I moved to new place. On 29th September, 2013 I sent request to New Delhi, India office to change my mailing address. I sent them scan copy of signed letter by email and by fax. How long does it takes to change my mailing address? After how many days it'll reflect my new mailing address online?

I changed my address on ecas. Took about 2 weeks to be updated

hi my wife is able to change her mailing address and when she did that new reflected after few days. But in my case I've to send them scan copy of signed letter requesting change of address by email or fax to new Delhi office. I did that no 29th September and still they didn't changed it. And new Delhi office never answer any questions on phone.
