Change of Address After the Application is Approved

Hi，

My application for a pgwp was recently approved. However since my address is outside of Canada，I would need to receive the permit at the border using the TRV. The company that gave me a job offer only provided me with an email as an offer letter and have said that they can only issue contracts after getting my work permit.

Foreigners are currently not allowed to enter Canada without an job offer. The BSO may determine that I cannot enter with only an email and not give me the permit.

I was wondering if I can change the address of this application to a Canadian address so that IRCC can send the permit to a friend of mine.
