Change name on the study permit

Hey guys，
I have a question regrding changing the name appears on my study permit. I've already mail the registered mail last week. But I just realized that I forgot to write "request to amend valid temporary document" on the envelope. Does anyone if I need to mail a new registered mail to the operation support centre again? Or is there anyway to fix that?

Yes. My name on the study permit is different from the name on the passport.

I have a similar problem but mine is just the given name and family name. The family name they indicated is actually my given name
