Change name of Mother for a PR card holder

I am a PR card holder of Canada. I want bring my parents to Canada on supervisa as my wife is pregnent and we are expecting a baby soon. Problem is that, name of my mother on my pr application with iccrc and passport is Sudha Luthra but Name of my mother on her Passport is Usha Luthra. Can I request with CIC to change of my mother name. Please respond it as it is critical situation for me. A do Or die kind.
