Change in title of designation

Few months earlier with no promotion nor salary raise my designation was changed to “Engineer – Bridges & Tunnels” which was “Bridge Design Engineer”. This is due to change in company’s structure. I recently got my employment certificate with “Engineer – Bridges & Tunnels”, however the letter I sent to OINP was with “Bridge Design Engineer”, can I submit the one I recently got?

Designation is immaterial as long as roles and job duties match the NOC that you have quoted.
