Hi Guys,

I got married in a hurry two days before my ITA got over and since the weekend followed I could not communicate to the CIC about the marriage. So I submitted my application because I did not want to lose the chance this time and none of my spouses documents are ready and now I heard CIC only gives 7 days to submit all the documents.

What do I do now? Will this effect my application in anyway? Will they notice the registration date when I give proof of relationship?

This will affect your application and your points will be recalculated.

The right approach would've been to get married AFTER submitting your eAPR.

Wrong !

90 days but if you score below the CRS when married (yes marriage drags your score down) then you are not eligible anymore and have to wait for the next draw.

I calculated. My score is actually higher after marriage. I got a ITA a week before the extra 30 points were added.
