Dear Experts.
Need your help from legal point of view. Let us say an applicant student is still waiting for study permit applied in Sep 2020 due to pandemic related delays for an undergraduate program that began online in Sep 2020. After undergoing the required medical examination (done in December 2020 due to pandemic delays); he/she had to undergo medical treatment for a condition (not covid) that was not known at the point of medical examination. The treatment will be over before the likely opening of travel restrictions and treating doctor has declared him/her fit to travel and pursue studies in Canada. So the question is he/she legally required to inform IRCC about the change in medical condition from the time of medical examination done for the permit ? If yes, then what process is to be followed in this situation ? If not, could the student be questioned later (during boarding/arrival) about the un-declared medical history (of the interim period) and could this cause delays/penalties since there was no formal enquiry done ?

Thanks for your help.
Regards.
