I received Per Today. When and how do I inform cic of my change.

Anyone have knowledge of this? Must I wait til there is contact from my local Canadian embassy or should I call them to inform them of the change in my marital status

i also have the same question. i informed already my VO about this and they sent me questionnaires. We filled out the papers and sent back to VO but no reply yet. What is the next step? we still have no MR
