Change in marital status and change in city

Hi all,
Recently, I submitted my passport for COPR. During waiting period between AOR and COPR, I got married and moved the city. I mentioned the same to CPC through case enquiry. Do I need to mention the same via mobile or case enquire is enough? Currently, I submitted my passport only and want to add my spouse as dependent.
