Hello,
I got nominated by ainp earlier January 2014.
I am in plans of getting married end of January,
Do u think is this a bad idea of getting married at this time, or should I file and get my pr done and get married after. My fiancée is on study permit and is this marriage gonna effect any of her status.
Thanks.

In your position, I would consider getting married first and then your new wife can be included in your PR application. If you both get PR, she wouldn't need a study permit at all AND she would get better rates for her education fees.

Get married now and add her.

I recall reading somewhere that you do not have to inform the PNP that you got married, you can simply apply for PR as married with your existing nomination. However, you should double check with your PNP before you do.

Thanks Leon.
I have one more question.
What happens until my final decision is made and my work permit expires. ??

You shouldn't let your work permit expire. Talk to the PNP about getting a work permit without an LMO based on your nomination.
