I just noticed a tiny error, I did not capitalize the first letter of my middle name on the Generic Application form. not sure if this is an issue? Or should I re-print and re-validate? If I have to reprint and re-validate, will it need to be signed again or can I just re-use that page. Was just about to mail it off.

Thanks.

I don't think that would be a huge issue but you could you just use white-out and correct it on the printed form.

If you do decide to change it electronically you will have to revalidate and reprint the whole form.

Thanks, I wasn't sure if correcting on the form itself was okay to do.. I don't mind re-validating and re-printing, but can I just re-use the signatures page or would that need to be re done as well? the whole validating thing confuses me a bit.

I used ink a few places in mine because I had to write "present" instead of a date etc. As long as its legible.

I wouldn't "reuse" any page of a validated form if altering part of the "set" electronically. If i remember correctly the pages were coded so they should be a "complete set".

Ok, thank.

Ok, thanks for your input. I figured it might be part of a "set" so don't really want to mess with that. I'll just leave it as is and not bother with re-validating everything. I'll make the change to a capital letter L by hand clearly on the form... hopefully it's such a minor issue that it won't matter. It's written out correctly in all the other forms.

This application is becoming the bane of my existence!
