Hi, i have question on behalf of my friend, he wants to change employer due to some issues, he already applied for federal after oinp, is it possible?

So he isn’t PR yet? Is the employer supporting the nomination/what stream?
Yes thats under employer restricted stream, but different employer where he wanna change also gonna support for same position.
Not sure since he already has nomination and application under review. Ask OINP.
