Change address outland applicant.

Hello.
I applied outland and now stay in Canada.
I called call center to change address ( My application package was delivered on Nov. 26th), so I can receive letter from CIC while I am in Canada.
According to rep. , I need to contact Canada embassy in S. korea to change my address ( not Philippine) and he cannot change my address because I am outland applicant.

I thought if my husband is approved as sponsor then CIC send me letter from Mississauga.
But the rep said, Canada embassy in S. korea would send me a letter from their office.

I am bit confused by that and how i can change my address.

I think the CIC rep is confused. The Seoul visa office closed earlier this year and will have nothing to do with your application unless CIC requires an interview. I had a similar problem when I submitted my wife's application from South Korea. We left Korea before the sponsorship approval letter arrived.

Did you provide them with your email address when you submitted your application and, if so, have you received an email acknowledging receipt of your application?
