Chances with 473 score? - PGWP Expiring Oct 2023

Hi,
I have a 2yr diploma in Software Engineering, working under PGWP remotely, and will complete 3yr work experience in August 2023 which will boost my score to 473.
Currently at 462 with max language score.

My PGWP expires in Oct 2023, what chances do I have of receiving an ITA by then?
Could bill C-19 change things given that category-based draws in tech are a possibility?
Is anyone else in this situation?

I recently moved to BC to have a backup for getting a PNP if CEC EE doesn't work out, will be looking into finding an employer to support PNP.

No one can tell you. Will scores go to 460? Maybe not given scores are over 490. Consider BC PNP if you are eligible.
 
Oct 2023 is a very tight time frame, I'll suggest applying for BCPNP asap
