Chances to get PR through Express Entry

Hai all..

I would like to know if we have a chance to get PR .

* My CRS score is 464( with IELTS 8 7 7 7 and a masters degree) and my NOC is 4021.
Since it is hard to get PNP with this NOC , I am worried about my chances in Express entry.

* CRS score of my spouse is 342 and his NOC is 2132, he is a mechanical engineer.

Why do you have separate score? You have one CRS score with accompanying vs. non accompanying. CRS score is low and it is not even known when open draws will happen. Government has also indicated changing to EE to focus on in-demand NOCs.

You should rewrite and max out your IELTS marks. Right now your score is probably too low to be selected.
