I am very new to Canada. It's just 3 months now. I want to sponsor my mother on super visa. Here is the scenario.

1) I applied for multiple entry tourist visa in April 2013 for mother but it was rejected due to no letter of invitation or sponsor. It was my stupidity and I accept that.
2) I landed in Canada as PR on 19th July 2013.
3) Got permanent full time job offer in Regina, SK. No probation period. Joined the company on Sept 9, 2013.
4) I got 2 BR apartment here.
5) Got a letter from HR stating that I am on full time permanent employee without any probation period.
6) I meet LICO as I am earning decent here.
7) Want to call mother in December for a month on Super visa.
Cool My mother is a government employee back home in India.
9) My father expired 19 years back. My mother own property, government job and is staying with my sister. My mother's 2 sister also expired long ago. She is having only one brother who is alive.
10) We have sufficient funds to show.

What are the chances of getting super visa based on above criteria?

I have spoken to multiple immigration lawyers and they say you can apply. But one of them says that you can't as you haven't file your taxes yet. Can anyone guide me on this current scenario?

I know this topic has been posted several times on this forum but due to different scenario I am posting again. Any inputs are welcome on this topic.

Regards,
Navneet

I would say it is too early for you to look for visitor visa/ super visa for your mother. Notice of assessment is the best proof of your income. The person who advised you to wait for the filing of taxes is right. Wait patently, complete your one year in Canada and then file her application- visitor/ super visa.

Dear Madam

Consult lawyer , he can give you best advice

While talking to immigration lawyers some says that I should go for multiple entry tourist visa and some says I should go for super visa. I think I have to decide on my own whether I should go for visitor visa or super visa.

All senior members,

This is urgent. I applied super visa on my mother's behalf and CHC New Delhi rejecting the case mentioning absurd reasons. I hire an immigration lawyer and he sent a mail to visa officer challenging their decision. Within 2 days CHC release medical forms for my mother. I am not sure whether these medical forms are released by mistake or they have reopened the case with positive note.

Though we are done with medicals but still not sure how it is going. My lawyer is on vacation and he couldn't be contacted to comment on it.

Can I request senior members to let me know whether we are good to go? I am too much confused at this stage.

Super visas are too new for anyone to give you a real answer.

You'll either have to wait until your lawyer is back or contact CHC ND to see if they'll tell you anything.
