I am very new to Canada. It's just 3 months now. I want to sponsor my mother on super visa. Here is the scenario.
1) I applied for multiple entry tourist visa in April 2013 for mother but it was rejected due to no letter of invitation or sponsor. It was my stupidity and I accept that.
2) I landed in Canada as PR on 19th July 2013.
3) Got permanent full time job offer in Regina, SK. No probation period. Joined the company on Sept 9, 2013.
4) I got 2 BR apartment here.
5) Got a letter from HR stating that I am on full time permanent employee without any probation period.
6) I meet LICO as I am earning decent here.
7) Want to call mother in December for a month on Super visa.
8) My mother is a government employee back home in India.
9) My father expired 19 years back. My mother own property, government job and is staying with my sister. My mother's 2 sister also expired long ago. She is having only one brother who is alive.
10) We have sufficient funds to show.
What are the chances of getting super visa based on above criteria?
I have spoken to multiple immigration lawyers and they say you can apply. But one of them says that you can't as you haven't file your taxes yet. Can anyone guide me on this current scenario?
I know this topic has been posted several times on this forum but due to different scenario I am posting again. Any inputs are welcome on this topic.
