chances of rejection for closed work permit

Hi Guys,

My closed work permit for canada is in process by TCS. I am working in US now and my h1b visa expires in september and my company is applying closed work permit for me in canada for the same client i work in USA.

My brother is working in toronto, he studied MS in canada. My daughter was born in USA. In this case are there any chances of my work permit refusal by saying i do not have ties back in my country (india) . My parents and my wife's parents are living in India.

Any response is much appreciated.

What kind of closed work permit? Is it an ICT or LMIA supported?

It is ICT and LMIA exempted.

Probably pretty good success rate as long as your job qualifies for ICT.
