Hi,
I did my B.Tech in Electronics, but I am now working as a Software Engineer (Thats why Australia is not an option for me).
I am working since last 3.5 years. I scores 7.5 overall in IELTS.
My points are 393 in CRS points calculator(Can score at most 441). I have many around me who score around that only.
What are chances for us to get an ITA as rounds do not seem to go below 450 points.
How can we improve our score, shall we join a part-time diploma course or something which can increase our score and let us get above 470 ?

Provincial Nomination Programme (PNP) is the way to go. For example, Ontario (OINP) invites almost everyone with CRS above 400. Other Canadian provinces may have different criteria.

Once nominated by any province, you get 600 point meaning sureshot ITA in next draw

In the short term a provincial nomination is the only option. Others are to marry a person with master's degree and have them apply or get a master's degree yourself ;D
