Chances of immigration and help

Hello Everyone,

I am a newbie here and this is my first post, I apologise if it has been asked before. Need some information if somebody can help me. Qualification wise I am B.Tech (Information Technology) and got 4 years of experience in Telecommunciation sector as a BSS Telecom Engineer working for a reputed company.

I went to some immigration firms few months back and according to them I don't qualify for anything which I doubt.

What are my chances of immigration to Canada from India and where to start please.

If you can learn French then Quebec immigration option is available.
