Hello
First time posting. I'm a U.S. Citizen. My PR Card expires in May 2020. Due to my mom's ongoing health issues in the states I will only just meet the residency obligation if I apply for renewal at that time. I've decided that the only thing I can do is remain in Canada ,try to find help for my mom, and apply for renewal when I've accumulated closer to 900 days. My question is whether or not I'm likely to receive the Residency questionnaire even though I'd be over the 730 days. I've read elsewhere that the government is sending out the questionnaire more and more to those who "cut it close" -- even those who are hundreds of days over the 730. this true?
Thx
