Chances of getting study visa

I have got offer for business analyst program in seneca college.

I have done bachelor degree in mechanical engineering but i have been working in the business field for past 6 years. I have heard it would be difficult to get visa if i opt for a different course from my background.

Please help if someone have faced similar scenario. Also please give your thoughts on how good is seneca College for business analytics.
