I am a registered nurse from Nigeria, I processed and got a conditional license as a RN in Nova Scotia. What are my chances of getting lmia nursing or psw job while on visitors visa? I have been applying for jobs in Canada from my country but no positive responses yet. I need directions please.

Post under Foreign Workers. If licensed why not apply (if eligible) for EE or NS PNP.

My dear sister you better go and seek asylum.. LMIA is pure rubbish, total waste of time

Thanks for your responses. I need job offer to enable me apply for Atlantic Immigration Program. But I'm not getting any job offer from here. That's why I'm asking if there's any possibility of me getting a job once I enter with visitors visa so I can get temporary work permit before I apply for the AIP

AIP doesn’t require LMIA but you need a designated employer. If you enter as a visitor then you would need LMIA. It will take a long time to get a work permit so have a lot of money to wait. You need to start contacting and applying for jobs and see what happen.
