Chances of getting an OINP nomination with CRS 435, a pharmacist primary applicant, and a PR sibling in Ontario?

Hi, My wife is the primary applicant with a B.Pharm degree, 1 year pharmacist experience, and Master’s equivalency (per ECA). I have 3 years of web design experience. We also have a brother who is a PR in Ontario. A consultancy told us our chances are good, but online forums say it’s unlikely. Looking for an honest, unbiased opinion from experienced. Thank you
