I have secured 60% in my B.E. Electrical Engineering from Mumbai university and just graduated fresher. Is there any chances I will get in good universities of Canada? As I want to do my masters in electrical and computer engineering. I haven't applied in any English proficiency tests as I wasn't sure whether i will get good uni from Canada. Can you suggest me the university I can apply. Even If I get one does they give any job opportunities. Possibilities of PR?
