My Nephew Is currently 16 Yrs He lives With His Grandad who takes care of him on my behalf because i live in canada he recently applied for a temporary residents visa single entry he was too visit me for 2wks i am his legally guardian appointed by the court i am a canadian citizen also a teacher living he goes too school and my father his granda is a pension-or wats his chances of getting the visa
