Chances for admission in PhD after doing B.Sc & Post Graduate B.Tech(3+3 years).

I am Arpita.
I am a student of Polymer Science & technology.I have done B.Sc in Chemistry (3 years) and 3 year post Graduate B.Tech in Polymer Science & Technology.
I have given GRE,my score is 285.Yet I have not given toefl or ILETS.
I want to do Ph.d in Canadian University.
I want to take my spouse with me as dependent.He is structural engineer having more than 7 years of working experience.

1.Which one will be suitable to give toefl or ILETS?
2.How to apply the dependent visa for my husband?
3.If the session start around September 2014,when I should apply for the University & the Visas.
4.Chances for admission in PhD after doing B.Sc & Post Graduate B.Tech(3+3 years).

Have you found a university that will accept you into their PhD program with these qualifications? You typically need a Masters.
