Chance of getting visa with conditional offer

The condition of my Master's program state that " You are require to complete four undergraduate courses at Saint Mary's university (or equivalent) prior July, 2017"

What is my chance of getting visa since it was stated that I should complete the required courses at Saint Mary's University?

Please urgent suggestions.
