Chance of Acceptance

Hello mates,
I have finished high school at 2015,2016 and currently I'm computer engineering student in Turkey,but i find it hard here due to non-English community , my grades in high school were 60% and i have IELTS 6.5 and i have no financial issues
My question is: do i have any chance to be
accepted by a Canadian University and where?
I mean for bachelor degree

Depends on where you are from because you need to show strong ties to your home country. It is at the lower end but yes you can probably get into a university.

i'm form Egypt,and my parents are landlords and they are both professors in Egyptian universities is that strong enough?
,which province do you suggest that i might have better chance to get Acceptance?
any way my low grades were because during high school i was suffering from bipolar disorder

You would have to be living in Egypt to make your case stronger. Any province is probably possible but you have to look at 2nd tier universities that are usually in smaller communities. There are a few exceptions in the Maritimes where there are some very high quality universities in the middle of nowhere which would require a higher average. You will of course have to show why you didn't do well in Turkey and show why you can't study in Egypt although you plan on returning after your studies. Read through the forum. Avoid TRU, VIU and there may be a few others that seem to only cater t international students.
