CES for Express Entry Profile

Hello,
I have a simple query.
Me and my wife both have an MBA.
For submitting Express Entry profile, which Degrees do i need to submit, only the higher one i.e. Masters of even Bachelors.
Also, do I have to get CES for both of us or for Primary only.
